You should consider everything in an CCRC that you would normally look for in a house, also taking into consideration individual requirements of your patient. Pay special attention to the design of living facilities and how they take the needs of seniors into account. Staff should be courteous and sociable.

Yes, some CCRCs are geared towards the changing needs of Alzheimer’s patients.
